What are the things you need to do within 30 minutes of waking up to ensure your day gets off on the right foot? What happened the last time you didn’t do one of these things?
Start with prayer to God, say thanks to God for giving good sleep and allowing to see the morning, pray for the day activities. Do daily routine, have a cup of tea/coffee and go for 30 mins morning walk.
These days due to severe cold unable to go for morning walk.
