    I am he, I am he who will sustain you.
I have made you and I will carry you;
    I will sustain you and I will rescue you. (Isaiah 46:4)

Honoring our elders is a statute of God, as recorded in Leviticus 19:32  – You shall rise before the aged, and defer to the old; and you shall fear your God: I am the Lord. Psalms 71:9 Do not cast me off in the time of old age; do not forsake me when my strength is spent.
